1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website edgepro.pro or engaging EdgePro Climate Solutions Sdn Bhd ("EdgePro", "we", "us") for any service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services

EdgePro provides air conditioning maintenance, chemical cleaning, installation, diagnostics, and repair services. The scope of each engagement is defined in the quotation or service agreement provided to the customer before work commences.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices include labour and any parts specified in the quotation. Additional work discovered during the service that was not included in the original scope will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, online payment, and cash. For commercial contracts, we may offer credit terms as specified in the contract.

5. Appointments and Access

You agree to provide our technicians with safe, unobstructed access to the air conditioning units at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Warranty

All repair and maintenance work is backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault recurs within this period, we will return and resolve it at no additional cost. Replacement parts carry the manufacturer warranty as specified at the time of installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, natural disasters, or unauthorised modification of the unit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, EdgePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on edgepro.pro, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of EdgePro Climate Solutions Sdn Bhd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or any form of systematic retrieval of content from the site is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
