Diagnostics & Repair
When your air conditioner stops performing, we pinpoint the problem fast and fix it right the first time.
Accurate Diagnosis, Lasting Repairs
Air conditioner problems rarely fix themselves, and guessing at the cause only wastes time and money. Our technicians arrive equipped with digital manifold gauges, clamp meters, thermal cameras, and leak detectors to identify the root cause quickly and accurately.
Once the fault is confirmed, we explain it in plain language, quote the repair cost upfront, and proceed only with your approval. We carry common replacement parts on our service vehicles so most repairs can be completed in a single visit.
- Compressor failure and motor replacement
- Refrigerant leak detection and recharge
- PCB board and sensor repair
- Capacitor and contactor replacement
- Fan motor and bearing overhaul
- Expansion valve and drier replacement
- Water leak investigation and drainage repair
- Noise and vibration troubleshooting
Common Issues We Resolve
These are the problems we see most often. If yours is not listed, call us — we have likely dealt with it before.
Unit Not Cooling
Could be low refrigerant, a dirty evaporator, a faulty compressor, or a blocked condenser. We test all possibilities.
Water Dripping Indoors
Typically caused by a clogged condensate drain, cracked drain pan, or frozen coil. We clear, seal, or replace as needed.
Unusual Noises
Rattling, buzzing, or grinding sounds often point to loose components, worn bearings, or refrigerant flow issues.
Unit Tripping the Breaker
Usually an electrical fault such as a short in the compressor winding, faulty capacitor, or damaged wiring.
Bad Odour from Vents
Mould or bacteria on the coil and blower. A chemical wash combined with a drain treatment resolves this.
Error Codes on Display
Flashing lights or alphanumeric codes on the unit indicate sensor or PCB faults. We decode and repair accordingly.
Repair FAQ
Is there a diagnostic fee?
We charge a flat diagnostic fee that covers the technician visit and full assessment. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the total cost.
Do you use original parts?
We use genuine OEM parts where available. When an original part is discontinued or prohibitively expensive, we source high-quality compatible alternatives and always disclose this beforehand.
How quickly can you come for an emergency?
For urgent cases like no cooling or water damage, we aim to dispatch a technician within two to four hours within the Klang Valley. Regional areas may require next-day scheduling.
When is it better to replace rather than repair?
If the unit is over 10 years old and requires a major component like a compressor or inverter board, the repair cost may approach the price of a new unit. We always give honest advice in these situations.
Is the repair covered by warranty?
All repairs come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. Replacement parts carry the manufacturer warranty, typically 6 to 12 months depending on the component.
